COVID-19 Response and Service Changes

Dear Resident,Over the past few days, we have seen an unprecedented event impacting our communities, due to the ever-expanding COVID-19 virus/ pandemic. Due to this unprecedented event, we are taking measures in order to keep our employees safe, while continuing to service you without interruption, and in the best interest of the health and well-being of our employees.

Effective immediately, we are making the following changes to our service guidelines until further notice:


  1. Sanitation Solutions will only pick up bagged trash that has been placed inside the trash cart and recycling materials (where available) placed inside the recycling cart or bin. Any materials placed outside the cart will not be picked up.
  2. Residents are strongly encouraged to place all trash in bags which have been tied before being placed in the carts to eliminate loose debris being left in containers or on the ground.
  3. Bulky waste, white goods, and yard waste collections will be temporarily suspended.

We will continue to monitor new developments to ensure that issues and/or problems are addressed quickly and effectively, as well as follow guidance from public officials and the CDC.
